Return and Refund Policy

At New Life Supplement, we have maintained our market reputation since 1996 by providing 100% authentic and original supplements across India. Because health consumables, fitness supplements, and dietary stacks require strict hygiene and quality controls, we enforce a highly structured Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy to ensure food safety standards remain uncompromised.

⚠️ CRITICAL CONSUMABLE POLICY: Due to the risk of product contamination and counterfeiting in India, any supplement that has been opened, unsealed, broken, or damaged by the customer is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

1. Strict 2-Day Return Window

We accept return requests only within 2 days (48 hours) from the exact date and time of product delivery as recorded by our logistics tracking system. If you do not inform us and ship the item back within this 2-day period, the window expires completely, and no return or exchange will be facilitated.

2. Mandatory Requirements for Eligibility

To qualify for an approved return or refund, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The product must be completely unopened, unused, unsealed, and undamaged.

  • The product must remain in its original outer retail packaging, including all authentic batch stickers, FSSAI seals, and official importer tags.

  • You must submit an explicit written notice or email to us within the 2-day window containing your Order ID, invoice details, and clear photographs/videos of the package.

3. Explicit Non-Returnable Scenarios

New Life Supplement reserves the absolute right to reject returns and refunds under the following explicit conditions:

  • Damaged or Opened Items: We strictly do not accept returns or issue refunds for items whose seal is broken, damaged, punctured, or scraped.

  • Free Gifts & Promotional Items: We will never return, exchange, or refund free items, complimentary shakers, samples, or gifts included as part of product promotions. Only the core purchased products are eligible under this policy.

  • Flavor/Taste Dissatisfaction: Supplements are health formulations. We do not provide refunds or returns based on personal taste or mixability preferences.

4. Shipping Charges & Deductions

Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. When a refund is processed for an eligible, unopened item sent back to us within 2 days with prior notification, the total actual cost of forward and reverse delivery charges will be deducted from your final refund amount. The customer is responsible for absorbing the direct logistics expenses.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned product is safely received back at our warehouse and passes our physical authenticity inspection, your refund will be processed inside 7 working days. The net refund amount (minus total delivery charges) will be credited directly back to the original bank account, UPI, credit card, or payment gateway wallet used at the time of purchase.

6. How to Initiate a Return

If your package meets all criteria, you must follow this process:

  1. Contact our customer care support via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide proof of purchase alongside clean unboxing videos or images to verify the unopened state of the package.

  3. Upon receiving written authorization from our team, safely wrap and dispatch the item back to our authorized fulfillment center in India.
