We trade in domestic and imported dietary supplements, fitness formulations, and health products compliant with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations.

2. Product Authenticity & Manufacturer Warranties

We take absolute legal and commercial responsibility for product distribution rules in India:

• We guarantee that we sell only India's original protein formulations and globally recognized imported fitness brands.

• Our complete product portfolio—including Optimum Nutrition, MuscleTech, GNC, BSN, MuscleBlaze, Avvatar, Wellcore, and MuscleX Nutrition—is sourced directly from authorized Indian importers or parent brand factories.

• Batch numbers, FSSAI holograms, and importer tags provided on products like best whey proteins, mass gainers, and micronized creatine are legally verifiable.

3. Eligibility & User Accounts

4. Pricing, Accuracy, & Payments

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

• Due to the sensitive health nature of items like fish oils, pre workouts, BCAA, and EAA, returns are accepted strictly if the outer protective product seal remains entirely unbroken.

• Requests for returns based on verified shipping defects must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
